Grand Island’s Stolley Park Elementary faced similar challenges to many districts; an outdated building, a site that was too small, rising costs of construction, and more. CMBA designed a building to address all of these issues. Our planning allowed for storm areas, ample drop-off/pick-up areas, and the District saw cost savings to further its bond issue resources. Also included in the project was a secure front entrance, exterior door controls, spacious commons area with natural lighting and a breakout area.
