CMBA Architects is collaborating with Goodwill of the Great Plains to develop their 25,000 square-foot campus expansion in Sioux City, Iowa. This state-of-the-art facility, scheduled for completion in 2024, focuses on enhancing community-based services and outreach programs.
The expansion includes a multi-use community center with a gym for hosting diverse events, specialized spaces for Adult Day and Habilitation Services and a Job Center to serve the community more effectively. The new facility also provides meeting rooms and offices for Goodwill staff, promoting productivity and comfort.
Designed to foster community engagement, the facility will accommodate larger events such as career fairs and vocational training offerings.
