CMBA was hired to complete a master plan to understand and project future needs of all departments within the Stewart Memorial Community Hospital. However, through our process and analysis with administration, imaging, emergency and rehab services departments became the focus. The heliport was also relocated away from patient parking and interior planning focused on wayfinding and increased efficiency!
