Northwest Bank

The new corporate office building for Northwest Bank fulfills the need to assemble all of their corporate services into one location, under one roof. Located on the edge of town next to rolling fields and prairie land, the sleek and modern building utilizes many full height walls of glass to capture views of the landscape, as well as, provide abundant natural lighting for all the various workstations and collaboration spaces. Northwest Bank chose to break away from the traditional office concept and utilized large open community work spaces to create a collaborative work environment to allow more interactions and flexibility for their staff and management. The use of natural materials and clean linear lines on the exterior of the building ties it well into its surroundings while the interior design utilized soft warm colors, dark wood tones, and a sense of simple elegance to provide a comfortable and productive setting.
