CMBA evaluated options with the Hospital and Construction Manager. It became readily apparent to all that expanding the aging campus (as outlined in the initial master plan) and its inherent inefficiencies was not a sound decision from a cost or operational standpoint. The Hospital acquired land, recommended by CMBA, and completed their critical access replacement hospital.
