Le Mars School District asked CMBA to design a new athletic complex to replace their existing facilities. CMBA designed a new grandstand with a press box, team rooms, and restrooms. The home grandstand will seat 2,156 spectators and the visitor bleachers can seat 802 spectators. A new track and turf field are also included in the project. The existing athletic facilities will be demolished upon completion of the new complex.
