The existing Public Health office building in Orange City is being transformed into the new Sioux County Treasurer’s Office, Department of Transportation, and Zoning Offices. The project involves interior reconstruction to accommodate the new functions, with all-new finishes and lighting throughout. The renovation is being done in phases to ensure that business operations continue during construction. The first phase was completed in the summer of 2023, with the final phase expected to wrap up by summer 2024.
