The relocation of UnityPoint Health's Midwife Services to the Iowa Methodist Medical Plaza created an opportunity to rethink how the clinic could better serve both patients and caregivers. Working directly with the midwives and nursing staff, CMBA transformed a 4,200-square-foot suite into a clinic shaped by the way care is delivered every day. Completed on an accelerated schedule with no interruption to patient care, the project reflects the value of thoughtful planning and close collaboration.
