Central City Public Schools came to us in need of an expansion. They were ready to grow their educational programming and desired renovations throughout their existing facility that would make better use of current space. With these goals in mind, we provided facility planning and bond referendum support. With our help, the District successfully passed a $7,900,000 bond in March 2019! Moving forward, we plan to help bring in the addition of a FEMA rated monolithic dome (storm shelter) and gymnasium – increasing the total project cost to approximately $13,875,000!
