In revitalizing the Le Mars branch of American Bank, CMBA Architects integrated 17,000 SF of contemporary additions over two floors, seamlessly blending with 14,000 SF of renovations. Addressing the bank's burgeoning needs, we devised a strategic floor plan to enhance departmental growth, introduce dedicated conference and storage areas, and establish a unified entrance, simplifying both circulation and security. Visitors are now greeted with a sleek, intuitive entryway, effortlessly guiding them to their destination. Complementary to the bank's design standards and the existing structure, the project also features expansive parking and added drive-thru lanes. Elegant solutions for a thriving institution.
