This building includes a welcoming customer engagement area and reception desk at the entry, customer support and administrative offices that all maintain access to natural light from adjacent spaces, as well as a technician team office area with dedicated side entrance and storage. Materiality, the building was inspired by the convergence of the agrarian society with high-tech communication technology. Corrugated steel and exposed structure merge with sleek colorful graphic panels representing data packets infiltrating the Iowa landscape.
