Le Mars YMCA

YMCA in Le Mars, IA came to us with the desire to add an addition to their existing facility. The goal was to incorporate new admin offices, a secure single-entry point, a workout area for individual workouts, along with a room for group workout activities. The 7,000 SF renovation targeted several areas within their existing building. The primary aim of the renovation was to improve the experience across the board for their members. An ADA compliant restroom was added on the main level and two ADA compliant individual shower rooms were added to service the pool. The weight room and existing fitness room were expanded, and an elevator was added to improve accessibility. We also renovated the game room, 'Y Camp' rooms and three small study rooms to feature striking new finishes and increased storage space for youth programming!
