Interstates’ continued growth in the Sioux Falls region created a need for a larger office that could support an expanding staff and evolving workplace needs. CMBA designed a new 60,000-square-foot, two-story facility with flexible office space, dedicated training areas and spaces for company events. The project moved forward through a fast-track design process so construction could begin in April 2026 while keeping the anticipated 2027 completion on schedule.
