Creating a Modern Headquarters that Elevates Culture and Innovation
The goal was to design a headquarters that supports collaborative work, secure IT operations and employee well-being while reflecting the brand identity of a growing leader in its industry.
The new 20,000 SF headquarters for Diamond Plastics is imagined as a central hub where innovation and culture come together to guide the company’s growth. We worked with the client to shape a flexible workplace that supports a range of work styles, bringing focus zones and collaborative areas together in a way that feels intuitive rather than segmented. Technology is woven into the building, with a secure server room that safeguards critical data and a boardroom designed to support strategic conversations, featuring advanced AV systems and an emphasis on clarity and comfort. Just as important, the building is planned around the daily rhythm of employees with a welcoming break room and an outdoor space that offers a moment of pause within the workday. Throughout the design, modern architectural forms, sustainable materials and natural light express the company identity and create an environment that feels grounded and forward moving. The result is a flagship workplace that strengthens connection and reflects the ambition of a leading manufacturer.
