CMBA – Des Moines

We needed to design an environment that fully supported and enhanced the collaborative work being done in our studio. This meant that the space would need to support multiple office modalities, allowing our team to work and collaborate seamlessly with one another in a variety of ways. From an emotional perspective, we designed this space to feel both hospitable and approachable. We wanted our team to feel relaxed and comfortable while working. It also features flexible conference spaces, deeply integrated technology, and glass conference & huddle spaces which promote openness and provide plentiful access to natural light. This space was a blast to work on!
