One fun fact about Andrea? She doesn’t have a middle name! We’re not sure how she pulled that off, but it sure sounds like a simpler life. Originally from Denison and a proud graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Architecture, Andrea Gutierrez brings her vision and expertise to our Des Moines office.
What she loves most about her career is the opportunity to transform abstract ideas into functional, life-enhancing spaces. Her passion for architecture stems from its power to influence daily life significantly, a realization that redirected her from earlier aspirations of becoming a pediatrician or a Spanish teacher.
When she’s not immersed in creating impactful designs, Andrea is happiest outdoors, soaking in the sun, traveling, or spending time with her family. Andrea’s unique blend of creativity and practicality makes her a vital part of our team at CMBA!
