Minburn Communications

This building includes a welcoming customer engagement area and reception desk at the entry, customer support and administrative offices that all maintain access to natural light from adjacent spaces, as well as a technician team office area with dedicated side entrance and storage.

Materiality, the building was inspired by the convergence of the agrarian society with high tech communication technology. Corrugated steel and exposed structure merge with sleek colorful graphic panels representing data packets infiltrating the Iowa landscape.
